Front Recognised as an Investor in People
We say this a lot, but there is nothing more important to Front than its team.
We take a lot of care and attention when we build sites for our clients; drawing on a diverse and highly-skilled team. Everything that we do is founded on the hard work of our team, and we recognise that we can only be successful as a company by putting our people first.
In the last year we have been going through a structured process to understand how we can make Front an even better place to work, examining our processes and the ways that we work together.
I’m proud to announce that we have been awarded the Investors in People accreditation in recognition of our approach. This process has also given us plenty of new insight on which we can make more improvements for the team; so it’s an exciting step forward for Front.

Paul co-founded the company with Jamie Neely in September 2000 and has an incredibly diverse role leading the team. Involved in every project through the senior supplier role, he ensures that projects are progressing towards expected outcomes and that things are going well in terms of quality and timeliness.
