From analysis of requirements to quality assurance, Paul is responsible for ensuring that our creative excellence is focused on delivering superb end results that add value for our clients. Paul hates making the tea and doesn’t really like pink.

Jamie has been involved in web design for over 10 years, lecturing from the age of 19 at HNC, HND and Foundation to Degree level. As Creative Director at FRONT, Jamie is responsible for the creative output of the studio and ultimately makes sure that each project is better than the last. He is a member of the Institute of Designers in Ireland, the Information Architecture Institute and outside of work his distractions include photography, anime and Korean cinema.

Patsy is a certified Prince 2 Project Manager, and being the only female in the office, should probably be certified in other ways too. She’s been working on web projects for 10 years, and loves cracking the whip to ensure we continue to develop the best sites and exceed customer expectations. Brought up in a pub, she pulled her first pint at the age of nine, and knows quite a bit about lorries too!

Paul began building websites in 1994 and is still passionate about all things digital. In previous lives Paul has worked for several online agencies in Dublin and a global management consultancy firm. Paul is the guy to talk to about new work at FRONT. After work Paul likes cooking, photography, training for triathlon and tinkering with his own website.

John began programming in 1991 with Turtle Logo and hasn’t looked back. Moving from his native New Zealand, he has recently joined the FRONT team to help develop what he describes as “usable and fun” web applications. In his own time John travels, plays football and far too much Mario Cart.

Michal has joined the team straight after studies in Poland. Being passionate about programming, he takes pride in his work always being of a high standard. After work Michal likes to stay off the ground, practicing his climbing skills.

Warren is FRONT’s Flash Action Script master. Working closely with the design and build team, he is responsible for helping to develop technically solid interfaces that are lovely to use. Warren is a quiet guy until he is getting beaten on the xbox360.

Charlie is into clean XHTML and CSS. One half designer, one half developer - Charlie converts our design ideas into intuitive and accessible interfaces. Outside of the studio Charlie plays in a punk band called Pocket Billiards!

Eamonn is an imaginative young designer. He joined the team in 2006 with studio & freelance experience, after obtaining a BSc (Hons) degree in Interactive Multimedia Design. Working closely with the build team, from the conceptual to delivery phase ensuring his designs meet project specification. Eamonn is also a keen animator and audio enthusiast who has been known to dabble in music production.
